23.11.10

Weighed myself yesterday and I weigh in at 163.9kg, so that is 3kg gone in the first week!  I am really pleased with that as I wasn’t expecting to lose any weight yet. No longer on just free liquids, and am eating liquidised food, although I cannot get used to the small amount I can eat.  

I still make myself too much food but end up giving it to the dog as it is like 6 teaspoons and I need to stop.  The whole thing about not being able to eat and drink at the same time is extremely difficult.  I have to set the stop watch on my mobile for 30mins so I know when it is safe to eat or drink.  

I still want to eat as I did pre milk diet and I am still battling with my head demons or some call it head hunger.  I don’t actually feel hungry and that in itself causes me to question “are you sure you don’t need more food”  “surely it’s time to eat” and remembering to sip drinks as it is extremely uncomfortable when you drink as you did before.
